How do we start the process of import and what is the role of the Migrant Workers Office (MWO) -formerly known as the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO)?
An employer must submit formality documents to the nearest MWO (Formerly known as POLO) or at the Philippine Consulate/Embassy for authentication. This process ascertains the existence of the company and the need for Filipino manpower. Work performance can assist in this process for its clients.

What is the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) (formerly known as the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration or POEA)?
Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) (formerly known as POEA) is a government body that regulates sending Filipino workers abroad. It is the main government agency assigned to monitor and supervise overseas recruitment and manning agencies in the Philippines. Typically, the POEA ensures that all job opportunities overseas available to all Filipinos are legitimate. Their main purpose is to protect all applicants and Overseas Filipino Workers or OFWs from illegal recruiters or employers by creating and implementing policies that endeavor the best interest of the overseas Philippino workers (OFWs).
What is Accreditation?
Accreditation is done by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) (formerly known as POEA). DMW is the Philippine government’s primary regulatory body on overseas employment. An employer must be accredited by POEA to determine whether or not the company is officially recognized and authorized to employ overseas workers.
Who should apply for Work Permits?
Depending on the job location, work permits are provided for the candidate by the Employer to be able to Work Performance to process the candidate’s deployment requirements.
How much is the general service fee?
Generally, service fees depend on the type of service and range of services desired by the client and the type of job that is searched for. Work performance can offer services such as registration process, help with Work permits, help with onboarding training, and also help with language training.
How long does deployment take?

What happens if we hire a person who does not meet our requirements?
We are into the assumption that the workers that were interviewed by the Principal employer were all qualified as per their selection. So, should the Employee-Candidate recruited by Work Performance leave for performance reasons, Work Performance shall search to provide one (1) replacement and will only charge a 50% professional search fee.
